RESERVATIONS/CANCELATIONS

Bookings:

If you are interested in making a reservation, send an email to info@sailfeeling.com or call +34 648 726 659 indicating the date and time. If it is available we will confirm it to you at the moment and then you will be able to make the payment of the reservation. Pay 50% at the time of booking, the rest 7 days before departure.

 

You can pay in cash, by card or transfer. Our bank account number is: ES72 2100 0152 5802 0056 6312  (SWIFT / BIC: CAIXESBBXXX).

Booking management fees (€ 10) not included in the cost of the sailboat.

Returns for cancellation of reservation by the client:

If you decide to cancel your reservation for any reason, contact us as soon as possible indicating the date of the reservation. An amount will be withheld based on the advance of the cancellation on the date of the reservation, on the total amount of the contract agreed:

- More than 2 months in advance: full refund

- Between 1 and 2 months in advance: 25%

- Between 7 and 30 days in advance: 50%

- Less than 7 days: 100%

 

Returns for cancellation of reservation by Sailfeeling:

If it ever happens, it is basically for unexpected incidents or reasons related to weather conditions; specifically adverse conditions that may jeopardize the safety of the crew and / or vessel. The rain is not cause for cancellation. In this case we will contact you in advance or we will meet directly at the meeting point to propose a change of date. If what we propose is not possible, we will automatically refund 100% of the amount paid.
